Are your bags genuinely handmade?
Yes. Every Maison Harth piece is cut, assembled, stitched, edged, and inspected by atelier artisans in small batches.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers, solid brass hardware, natural linings, and selected woven textiles for mixed-material pieces.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship in 2–5 atelier days. Made-to-order and limited-edition pieces typically ship in 7–10 atelier days.
How should I care for handmade leather products?
Keep leather dry, wipe gently with a soft cloth, store in the dust bag, and condition with a neutral balm every few months.
Do you accept returns?
Unused standard pieces may be returned within 14 days. Personalized, monogrammed, and numbered limited-edition pieces are final sale.
